HEADER LINE AND GFLOW DRIPLINE:
1. For each garden bed you can use 25mm LD Poly Pipe or 25mm PVC Pipe as supply line to the GFlow dripline. Maximum run length for supply line is 35meters from tank. Your GFlow Dripline run length should not exceed 15meters from the supply line.

2. Connect the Start Connectors by punching the 25mm polypipe with the punch tool either 0.15 to 0.65mm apart (refer to table 01 for recommended spacing). The end of the start connector with the smallest diameter is punched into the polypipe. (use grommets provided when using PVC pipe)

3. Connect to the start connectors the GFlow dripline and lay it above ground in one of the three layout models (grid, spirals or s-curve). Always keep the dripline as close to the plant as possible. Leave the end of the dripline open. The full amount of dripline purchased with the system should be used.

4. Stake the GFlow dripline to the ground every 3meters.

5. Flush throughly the whole system by connecting your garden hose to the hose click-on fitting inside tank. (make sure the irrigation valve located at the tank outlet is shut).

6. Close the end of the dripline one at a time starting with the one located closest to the source of the water supply. A piece of 25mm LDPE or 25mm PVC cut short can be slid over the folded end of dripline. When flushing start always with the dripline closest to the water supply and end with the one furthest. (if using grid, s type or spiral layout)

7. Cover the Gflow dripline with a minimum of 100mm thickness of Bark mulch, or buried at 100mm, with dripper outlet facing down.

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • The tank should be at least 1 meter higher than the garden area.
  • Maximum distance from tank to garden, 35 meters.
  • Minimum garden area as per table and Health Department regulations.
  • Mulch thickness over the drip-line should be kept at 100mm, or buried at 100mm, with dripper outlet facing down.
